This attractive role was the object of great desire [to actors], as Orlando Bloom fought to get it. But Editions Albin Michel, which holds the rights to the book by Rory Stewart, decided to go another way and preferred Elijah Wood. The actor has some months even to get in shape before a filming which promises to be gruelling.
